- There is a very similar service in Japan. We've looked at it, but this isn't the way to go for our recruiting services.

Interesting concept. I've spoken to Bounty Jobs and seen a demo of the product.
For an agency, it can open doors to companies you may not have been able to get into.
From a corporate need, if the firms you've established relations with are working, and your pleased with the results, then I don't see the need, but if you are unhappy or have a number of openings to fill quickly, then this could be a valuable resource if you have the budget to pay fees.
