There is a very similar service in Japan. We've looked at it, but this isn't the way to go for our recruiting services.
Terri Davis Comment by Terri Davis on September 25, 2008 at 5:20pm
It seems good but my understanding is that you have to be sponsored by a client to become a recruiter on the Bounty Jobs site.

I've checked them out before, but have a good set of recruiters I already work with so no interest for us yet. Thanks!

It made me want to check it out in more depth. I have heard of the concept and it seems like it has it's place for certain niche areas.

Made me want to go to their site and check it out. Curious to see the industries represented.

I have seen this site before from others in the industry. I have to agree with Charles, for agencies, it is a great resource. If you are an employer, it might help to find a good agency to help with really hard roles.

Interesting concept. I've spoken to Bounty Jobs and seen a demo of the product.

For an agency, it can open doors to companies you may not have been able to get into.

From a corporate need, if the firms you've established relations with are working, and your pleased with the results, then I don't see the need, but if you are unhappy or have a number of openings to fill quickly, then this could be a valuable resource if you have the budget to pay fees.
