Recruitment Outsourcing Leaves Clients Satisfied

Many companies are seeing an increase in hiring as the economy begins to recover, helping to keep recruitment outsourcing strong. Another plus for the industry - the majority of RPO clients are happy with the services they've been provided.

The 2009 Black Book RPO Industry user survey looked at more than 600 contracts from about 2,500 of the top spending organizations and conglomerate corporations throughout the world. The survey included 18 key performance indicators that were ranked on a scale of zero to 10.

The results found that the most important factors influencing RPO client satisfaction are scalability, client adaptability, flexible pricing and marginal value adds. In addition, very few clients were unsatisfied with their RPO provider, with U.S. and global corporations collectively seeing only a 4.3 percent dissatisfaction rate.

Throughout the United States, only 6.6 percent of clients were unsatisfied with their RPO provider, while only 10.3 percent of clients in the United Kingdom were unhappy and 14.4 percent of international customers were not satisfied.

The survey names the top RPO providers as: Adecco RPO, Spherion, PeopleScout, Alexander Mann, Accolo, Future Step, Beeline RPO, Novotus, Select International, The Right Thing, RPO Worldwide, Talent2, Manpower, Kelly - HR First, Yoh HR, Volt Services, Ancons International, Kenexa, Pinstripe and Hyrian.

The survey does not mention WorldConcertRPO, which is one of the top up-and-coming recruitment outsourcing companies. This company is unique in that it assigns you a personal consultant for the duration of your staffing needs, making it easier for you to get questions answered and get any help you need along the way.

WorldConcertRPO specializes in: clean technologies, construction, corporate accounting, financial services, healthcare, human resources, information technology, insurance, manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, supply chain and logistics and telecommunications.
