Has anyone ever conducted a survey or talley to determine the ROI using placements as a determining factor versus cost of using job boards.
We throw a lot of money on job boards to find job orders and/or candidates, and I wonder if just using the telephones (and the cost of the internet) versus the job boards has ever been analysed
