Our team is looking for strong experienced Business Developers who can generate leads, obtain job orders and close deals. You will essentially be responsible for the following:
* Generate job leads and turn into viable, open requisitions
* Partner with our recruitment team to make placements quickly whether it is for contract or perm placements.
* Applicant Tracking System- Enter leads and jobs into our StaffingForce database
* Join in on recruitment team meetings as often as we need to meet and you can offer your input on things.
* Network and Recruit for new recruiters as well!
* Keep journal of business development sales calls you make and provide weekly updates to team

* We have weekly webinars where we show you the Business Model, Inside the Applicant Tracking System, How to Grow a Team, Temp Business via StaffingForce, On Going Training with the Co-founders of StaffingForce and lots of tools a mouse click away. I have a great CFO candidate from a major health system from the greater NY/NJ area who is interested in CFO/COO positions on the East Coast (from Virginia to New England).
