With the unemployment rate hitting 10% When do you feel that recruiters will see increased billings at the level of 2006 & 2007?

Michael, Thanks for watching my Recruiter Earth radio show. Yes, the unemployment rate is at a 25+ year high. The economy will recover before the job market (jobless recovery) and we'll probably see a pick up next year in Q1/Q2 2010. It may take to 2011/2012 to see billing levels at '06/'07. Beth, Thanks for watching my Recruiter Earth show. Twitter is here to stay. It is one of the "big three" in social media, along with LinkedIn and Facebook. All are transforming how we connect, build relationships and find people. Twitter is very powerful for branding and broadcasting.
