Gerry Crispin is a legend within the recruitment community. For those of you, that may have heard of him, but never got to see him, let alone hear him, you may come out thinking this interview was designed intrinsically for you. It sheds a bright light on the man that many within the human capital intelligence industry hold in great esteem. Luckily, there wasn’t a subject left unturned, from past to present, including Gerry’s vision for the future of candidate recruitment within the scope of technological advancements.
Who's Gerry Crispin? Gerry Crispin and Mark Mehler are the personalities behind CareerXroads® and the CareerXroads® Colloquium. Mark and Gerry have worked for and with corporations of all sizes in career planning and placement, contract recruiting, executive search, recruitment advertising and human resource management. After years working on the front lines of recruiting, these two saw a new potential in the Internet and in 1994 came together to create CareerXroads®
Since then, these Internet Recruiting Pioneers have formed a thriving international consulting practice that works closely with many of the world’s most competitive corporations to better understand and adopt cutting-edge, recruiting technology solutions to their staffing strategy and process. Their adventures in recruiting methods have lead them to wear too many hats to mention here.
Both Gerry and Mark fervently believe that if you follow the job seeker, you’ll never lose sight of what is next.
