Bullhorn is doing some very interesting things that we're going to announce over the next week. I'm really interested in hearing from the community what recruiters are looking for in an ATS today - more so from the perspective of how important they view a CRM and it's integration with email, especially Microsoft Outlook. How can we improve that experience? What's missing in your basic ATS today?

A topic near and dear to my heart. CRM and integrated tools with MSFT is important.
RSS Job Board Feed is also nice..

Some of the stuff ATS Providers need to consider is the importance of BASIC Web 2.0 Networking capabilities. We must be able to begin working together more easily and more than one job one candidate at a time. We MUST transcend this painful logic of 1 resume, 1 job, 1 client at a time.

CRM Group communication capabilities-- group communication capabilities to communicate to candidates or recruitment partners on jobs or candidates.

RSS FEEDS IN AND OUT for Job and Candidate Sharing.

Tighter integration with social networking applications like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
