That was the primary driver for me - capturing the essence of aggregate perception of all the stakeholders around me, so I could make better strategic and tactical decisions on behalf of the business. Thanks for your kind words!

James, from which perspective are you wanting to assess the search firm? As a corporate buyer of their services, or as a search firm manager who wants to improve business performance?

Great question, Maureen. We've developed the product for use in enterprises of any size, but my guess is that it will be most useful for those with 250+ employees and a need to manage retention while raising quality of hire perception. As our solutions are software-as-a-service, they are most viable for companies that are technology-friendly. Let me know if you know someone that might be interested in learning more.

How do often do you stay in touch with placed candidates?

@Dan - as I haven't recruited a whole lot since launching Improved Experience, my focus has shifted from candidate to business development. While recruiting, however, I stayed in touch with those I considered strong, A-players at least once every 6-9 months; more frequently if I knew they were looking or if I had opportunities to network in their space.

How often do you stay in touch with your placed candidates?
