John Nilon is the founder and CEO of the boutique executive search firm J.N. Solutions, LLC. John has fifteen years experience in the executive search industry and contributed to the growth of two search firms prior to launching J.N. Solutions in 2001. His firm’s objective is to reverse the negative stigma attached to the industry by providing such a high quality of service to candidates and customers that it prevents them from accepting any inferior service from competitors. The firm’s emphasis on quality and value has contributed to consistent growth since the firm’s inception.
