Executive bonuses
Based on the last 12 months or so – can you tell me what the average target / max cash bonus percentage has been for any executive positions you have worked on? CEO, CFO, VP Ops, VP Sales, etc… (whether public or private companies…)
I’m looking to find out if the industry norm for the market is 35% target / 70% max, or 50%/100% etc….

Why don't you look at the DEF-14A's available from the SEC? A quick peer group of publicly traded companies of 10 or so organizations is useful to gauge industry norms.
