Thanks to RecruiterEarth for supporting the Sourcing Samurai.

Chris LaVoie and Jim Shaki have been fabulous to work with and very open to ideas.

The premise of the show is that our guest relates a personal experience that "forged" them...(like the katana sword used by Samurai) leaving them with a different perspective. Real situations, real people, real learning...transparently shared.

Our goal is to teach through sharing so that our audience might either avoid a similar mistake if one is shared, solve their own challenge via something they learn or simply learn more about sourcing/research etc through listening. Top 1% level practitioners share without sugar coating what really happens in the trenches, doing the work.

I think it would be tough to listen with an open mind and not learn something.

Thanks for taking the journey with us.

For the brief amount of time it takes to listen, the value adds are laying out there like ripe apples for you to pick off a tree. Just reach up and find yours.

I loved your first show and I thank you for understanding the true value of bringing people to together instead of separating us. You are a rising icon and I take pride in supporting your vision.

Thanks, to both of you, for all the thought and effort you put into your interviews. That was a wonderful way to learn some of the intricacies of your personal sourcing strengths. I'll tune in again.

Wednesday, thank everyone for the feedback, we did put some significant thought into what we are attempting to deliver....months if we wish to be specific so this was not a rapid ego trip let's do a radio show type situation...not at all.

We are already filtering through feedback and discussing tweaks to the show to tighten it up even further in terms of how much content we present in the same amount of time and how to do that while keeping it interesting. Discussed a concept yesterday with Shally for his Segment 2 and he immediately "got it". So there will be some changes I think which will increase the value add for you....which is one of our goals. Lean...the most value in the least amount of time.

Please make this podcast a grassroots success by telling your friends to plug in and check us out. The best is yet to come and we all deeply appreciate the support and feedback.
